Things I should probably stop doing
A co-worker gave me a really nice compliment today about my work. I was very grateful, happy, gushy and much more motivated/energized because of it. I then spent the rest of the afternoon dissecting her comments in my head, over analyzing, and trying to conclude why I probably didn’t deserve the compliment, or why it didn’t really mean much.
